Defining the market strategy before launch.
Enrich Developments brought Core Mantis in early during the development process for a luxury concrete mid-rise in Vancouver. The project entered a crowded Westside pre-sale market where differentiation would be difficult.

Before branding or sales planning could begin, the project needed sharper buyer understanding, stronger product alignment, and a focused market direction.
Architectural intent, market demand, floorplan planning, amenity strategy, and buyer expectations had to be reconciled before anything moved to market.
Market analysis across the Oak Street corridor assessed buyer demand, competition, and pricing. Insights informed unit mix recommendations aligned with both design intent and buyer expectations.
A floorplan and amenity review led to refinements that enhanced livability for design-conscious buyers. From there a positioning narrative emerged, rooted in architectural honesty, restraint, and design integrity.

For those who know.
The name FRÄNK was proposed to reflect the project's architectural honesty and confident tone.
Strategy & Communications led research, positioning, naming, and the early-phase sales program.
Visualization & Content shaped the identity, collateral, presentation materials, and buyer experience as one continuous language.

The name FRÄNK, a full identity and visual language, collateral, presentation materials, digital campaigns, launch sequencing, exclusivity strategy, and sales messaging — supporting a coordinated market rollout.
Rather than relying on conventional luxury language, the project embraced a more selective identity built around taste, contrast, restraint, and authenticity.

The website carried the same language off the page. UI/UX development, UI design, copywriting and deployment were delivered in-house, so the argument built in strategy survived to the screen.
A presentation centre touchscreen extended it to the sales floor: floor-by-floor selection, unit plates and availability, running on the same visual system.

A confident, differentiated positioning strategy that laid the groundwork for all subsequent branding, marketing, and sales.
FRÄNK emerged as a niche, design-forward statement in Vancouver's mid-rise landscape, with a structured go-to-market strategy and a seamless transition into campaign development.
